Q. How do I care for my plated Jewellery?
Gold plating will fade over time as it is a surface finish on silver, depending on how you wear it and the amount of care taken. We advise you follow the below instructions to care for your gold plated jewellery.
Remove your plated jewellery before going to bed, night sweat and the extra rubbing against the skin will cause the plating to wear off faster.
Do not store plated silver jewellery with other metals or other metals plated jewellery, store like items together. Different metals will cause each other to tarnish, fade and/or turn colours.
Avoid direct contacts with chemicals, plating is much more delicate than pure metals. Clean often to keep shine and remove sweat and dirt that will cause items to fade by using a lint free cloth or a clean hand towel.
Do no wear plated jewellery when showering or exercising.
Q. How do I care for my silver Jewellery?
Silver naturally tarnishes with exposure to air and the environment. We advise you follow the below instructions to care for your silver jewellery.
Apply any perfume and lotions before you put it on.
Avoid wearing silver jewellery when showering or exercising.
Keep your jewellery in acid free tissue paper and in a zip lock plastic bag this reduces the risk of scratching as well as tarnishing.
Clean by using a lint free cloth or a clean hand towel.
Q. What is your policy for Returns and Exchange?
All returns and exchanges must be within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanging your item
Please provide relevant reason for exchanging the item you have purchased through our website and what you would like to exchange the item for when requesting your return through the website.
If you will exchange the item with another item on our website with price difference then if its higher in price then previous item you have to pay the difference and if its lower the price of previous item then Artitus by Faiza Taha will pay you the difference.
Artitus by Faiza Taha does not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend you return items via an insured and reliable postal service, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Postage cost will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for items unclaimed from Royal Mail delivery offices. Items returned to us that have been unclaimed will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Returning your item
If for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org identifying the reason for the return.
You must return the goods within fourteen days of the date shown on your receipt.
The item must be shipped with its original packing slip as proof of purchase from artitusbyfaizataha.co.uk.
The items must remain in the condition they were sold in- undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.
Commissioned pieces or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. These are made specially to order, so please double check your order is correct!
Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty by our quality control team.
When returning an item, please ensure you package it securely and post by Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent, and insure to the appropriate value. Artitus by Faiza Taha does not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Postage cost will not be refunded. Exchanges are of course possible within these terms.
Your refund will be issued within 15 days to the payment method used in your original purchase
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.
Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within the 2 months after delivery. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Artitus by Faiza Taha, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. This includes discolouration from perfume, wearing in the ocean or other causes. We can however polish items up for you which will incur a charge.
Faulty items that have been worn will be fixed and returned to the customer.
Q. Can I order Out of Stock Item?
Yes. Please send us an email at to let us know which product you would like to order. Our items are handmade so please allow 5-7 weeks for your jewellery to be made and delivered. You will receive an email once the items are dispatched so that you know when to expect them.
Q. Can I order a bespoke item?
Yes. Please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can discuss your requirements.
Commissions, as with bespoke orders, may take longer to produce, sometimes 7 weeks or longer depending on the project. Commissions include any design or personalisation which is not part of the standard ranges shown on the website unless otherwise stated. Please note that commission quotes/ prices are exclusive of VAT and P&P, and will be added to your invoice.

Q. When should I expect my items delivered after placing an Order?
Where items are specified as made to order, please allow 5-7 weeks for completion and delivery.
You will receive an email once the items are dispatched so that you know when to expect them.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
We offer Free STANDARD UK DELIVERY for orders over £100. For order under £100 UK standard delivery charges apply.
UK orders using the Standard delivery option will arrive within 3-5 working days. This option means your purchase will be delivered using Royal Mail Second Class 'Recorded Signed For' and allows us to check the delivery status online.
Please note that this service is insured only up to £46.00, therefore Artitus by Faiza Taha cannot be held responsible for items that are not delivered.
UK orders using the 'Special Delivery' option placed and payments processed before 3pm will arrive the next day (Monday to Thursday - excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. This option insures items up to the value of £500.00 and offers online tracking whilst it also allows you to choose a convenient day for items to be delivered.
Please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to sign and receive the delivery, due to the value of the goods.. We aim to process and dispatch items in stock within 2 working days and we offer free standard Royal Mail delivery, within the UK.
Please note sometimes deliveries may take longer, due to unforeseen circumstances, However, we will notify you of such an occurrence.
